Final morning of the 72 hours. Feeling slightly more lethargic than the other two mornings but no real hunger pains.
Will break the fast at lunch. Any suggestions for break fast meal?
≈48 hours into my 72 hour fast thanks to the challenge from SatsMcd (npub1ng8…qjc0)
Honestly no issues at all, obviously a bit hungry but this hasn’t been difficult at all. Onward!
