It's one, bloody, thing, after, another with me this last months.
So, I clearly needed to stop drinking. I was not remembering things, it was affecting my mood, and first cab off the rank was Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, which is mainly B1 deficiency caused by alcoholism. I was getting chronic double vision, and it was so bad I wasn't able to code.
So, stopped the drinking, got taking the B vitamins, and that mostly has been ok.
Then the allergies went ballistic just as I was starting to feel ok from the B vitamins fixing the deficiency, because I went the cheap, whey powder route, and after 3 days of that I was wheezing for almost a whole month until just recently it's finally going away (and I'm mostly avoiding the mainly plant glue proteins, and milk, which is also a glue protein).
Next up: sensitive tooth nerves. Been making me absolutely loopy for the last 3 days. Got some anaesthetic stuff, lidocaine, cetylpiridinium chloride. Supposedly that's anaesthetic and antiseptic the last one. I could swear it's actually making the pain worse! lol!
I should have got the one with salicylates in it, at least it wouldn't be making it worse. lol.
The latest problem came after eating way too much of this "piri piri" flavoured chips that were coated with a ridiculous amount of citric acid. Stripped all of the natural tartars and gak that was stopping my tooth nerves tweaking and washed out what little effect the Sensodyne Pronamel sodium fluoride garbage was keeping me from being in this severe agony all day long.
Well, I've switched back to the old school sodium monofluorophosphate stuff. I'm gonna have to quit the citric acid laced fizzy caffeine drinks too, because they would have been not helping, I've been drinking 1L of that shit every day for a while now, and now my teeth are paying that cost...
Oof how in the hell does this anaesthetic actually cause the pain to get worse? wtf? Oh, the rest of my mouth that touches it, yeah, it goes numb, but this isn't touching the damn nerves. Aaargh.
My kingdom for a full service dental visit. Extractions, fillings, hell, I still have all 4 of my wisdom teeth, I bet my mouth would be far happier with none. aaargh my teeth. The pain! The Tooth, Remember The Tooth. lol
