This November, we are promoting the various aspects of the Nostr protocol beyond social media clients on other social media platforms. I encourage you to promote nostr.cooking, zap.stream, highlighter.com, pinstr.app, and all of your favorite "Other Stuff Nostr" apps. Let the world know that Nostr is much more than social media, more than a Twitter alternative.
By promoting Nostr and its various applications and use cases, we can help to build a more decentralized and open Internet.
If you want to get a head start, you can start drafting some of your posts now and schedule them throughout the entire month, if the platform supports it. This is what I'm going to do. That way I don't have to spend additional time there. Here are some tips:
* Share educational content about Nostr, such as blog posts, videos, and articles. MaxDeMarco (npub1lel…kvyz) 's video about why social media is broken is a fantastic choice here.
* Share your own experiences using Nostr and how it has benefited you.
* Use relevant hashtags, such as #Nostr, #NostrNovember, and #NostrApps so others can find your content.
* Promote specific Nostr apps by sharing links to them in your social media posts. Find them on https://nostrapps.com
