We have a lot of fun here, but, honestly:
1. it's the _concept_ of minimizing multiple locations that continues to intrigue me. And depending on how you frame that problem and constrain the possible solutions, I actually have so many existing options to solve that.
2. No way could I unlearn 20 years of Markdown thinking to do this thing. Asterisks as headings? I think not.
And yet the temptation forever remains, innit?
