I want full control of my notes and full control of editing and full control of deleting my notes.

Freedom is having full control of your information and everything else.

Developers shouldn't try to control someones notes because eventually someone will just fork the project if they impose too much control over everyone.

The solution here is if you are against someone editing or deleting their previous posts the you can build a website that scrapes the users profile everytime they make a post so you can keep a list of their original posts, edited and deleted posts. Then you can keep evidence of their original posts.

But someone to impose not allowing others to delete, edit their posts by code is anti-freedom.
