On Nostr its, "I like bitcoin, look at these nudes."
Nostr is great - censorship can die in a fire. But I'm getting a little annoyed at these npubs that get under your radar by noting about bitcoin, and then one day there's nudes in your timeline / feed /scrolly thingy.
