This disgusting rapist MAN seems to be seeking to profit from his crime - the only reason he is in a position to ask the newspaper for £1000 is because he is in prison for rape. I hope Scotland has a similar law to England and Wales that means a confiscation order can be applied, so that any money offered to him will be taken away from him.
