Nostr is far too difficult to use for customer support. Which is a shame because there's pretty great signal and user feedback potential here. Not sure how alby, primal, damus, and amethyst do this.
I can definitely see a market for a business facing nostr portal for customer support, DMs, engagement, outreach discovery, and analytics.
