You have far bigger problems than sophisticated attacks on devices where you're missing years of privacy and security patches but rather only get partial AOSP patch backports with a substantial delay. Applying those AOSP patches is not really accomplishing much when so much is not being patched. Do you think it matters to attackers what the excuse is?",
