Today's random complaint:
Coke packaging is getting over-optimized for cost versus function. It used to be that a can of coke (in the US at least) would last for many years, could be frozen or left in a hot car, and would be ok (though the bottom might expand when frozen).
Recently the cans have gotten thinner and I find they have a >10% chance of structurally failing (bursting, leaking, etc.) when stressed or even just sitting for a year.
Now I see plastic (PET) bottles are getting thinner
