hey - I've just tested our ZA server for 10 mins connecting from Europe and seemed OK for me. ie. there might be no issues which we can affect on our end.
Some networks restrict the speed of certain ports or protocols. You can try different protocol/port combinations: https://www.ivpn.net/knowledgebase/troubleshooting/how-do-i-change-the-port-or-protocol-used-to-connect/
If the issue persist after please revert and I'll raise a ticket.
