In Spain the government is in extra-careful mode. Currently the area around Barcelona is in red alert and they don't want to risk anymore and are stopping local trains, and ask for not using cars, work remotely or don't work. We can expect similar reactions in the future (that probably will fade until the next disaster). But now people, businesses and government will notice how hugely expensive the Climate Emergency will be.
