so my notification issues may be related to #ntfy rather than any individual app, but I still don't know because NOTHING IS CONSISTENT
My #XMPP apps which all use #UnifiedPush all work perfectly with instant notifications, its only Mastodon apps that have problems. But they don't CONSISTENTLY have problems, they sometimes work immediately and sometimes are delayed hours.
