Precisely what the baseline GrapeRank score is for!
Now imagine a personalized WoT relay that calculates “red flag” scores based on NIP-56 reports, weighted by GrapeRank scores so you can trust the reports. You decide which reports (nudity, profanity, etc) go on your blacklist. Primal queries your relay via API (WoT DVM) to make sure your blacklist is respected.
Whenever a new category of bad actor pops up, the community can invent a new NIP-56 report tag. You tell your personal relay whether to add that tag to your personal blacklist. Easy peasy.
