My next goal is to get some non-office table space for non-work related creativity and planning/paperwork.
Looks like the Ikea basic standing desk is actually the best form factor to fit into my limited slots.
Of course now my sedentary software engineer ass is eyeing up walking pads. One of the staff engineers at work uses one and swears by it.
On the one hand, more stuff is bad, on the other hand making it easier for my overweight rear end to get an extra hour or two of walking during work hours sounds really, _really_ attractive.
