I read 5 out of the 6 shortlisted books for the Booker Prize. Thr book I consider the worst book, won.
Kairos, the last ~50 pages were somewhat okay-ish, as those did not concern itself anymore with the misogynistic and abusive relationship in the first ridiculous part. Would definitely NEVER recommend the book for anyone.
Too bad. Next year I don't think I'll bother with the #BookerPrize anymore. Waste of time.
Although I did VERY MUCH enjoy "The Details". WOULD RECOMMEND.
