This is an attack on #nostr and is one of the most important challenges to figure out.
There is borderline anime child porn in global. Much is not marked sensitive. This makes us look really bad to new users imo.
I think global feeds should be more of a hidden/advanced feature if we are going to have them at all.
Which we probably shouldn't have either, there are better ways to do discovery...
