In robosats or hodlhodl you can buy btc making a transfer from your bank account, meeting with someone in person, or other methods (then one I use is a service my bank provide where I can get a code to take money out of an atm and I send that code to the person selling the sat
The thing is that in none of these methods you have to give your bank account to anyone
