Finally got my hands on the original UASF hat 🔥
It took a few month to receive this generous gift from
Excellion (npub1exc…n72a) because of how messed up or customs is, but it was well worth all the pain!
This means a lot to me as I joined #Bitcoin right around the BlockSizeWar times, but back then I didn’t really realize what was going on. Today I’m one of the guys who translated “The Block Size War” into Russian, and my life wouldn’t be anywhere close to what it is now if it wasn’t for Bitcoin.
Thank you so much for your time and effort, Samson! And I mean all of your work in the Bitcoin field.. it can’t be overstated 🧡
P.S. I was hoping to receive it on the Bitcoin Independence Day, but I missed it by a couple of days, yet it was cool to get it on another important historical event - the Segwit Lock-in day 😎
