"content": "Put the bread in about 45 minutes ago. I haven't done this since about June, \u0026 I remembered that the bread can rise so much that it sticks to the lid while baking. What I forgot was how I used to fix it, which was with extra parchment on top. Now I have 3 loaves of bread stuck to 3 lids. D'oh.",
