Tried googling this, I remember seeing shit about this in 2013. You’d think you’d get a lot more info on it but nope. Guessing nobody cares about it now. Pretty much just remember hearing drunk people drowning in places and then a smiley face graffiti would be in that same location. This was in every murder. It could all just be one big coincidence, it’s probably not at all. Chances of it being a coincidence are 1/100000000
