Well folks, two more batches of mead bottled. Mint mead got up to 12% ABV before going completely dry because I didn't start with a high enough gravity. However, mango mead got up to 19.5% ABV, and is still sweet! Guess that's what happens when you use 3 lbs of honey and 36 ounces of mango nectar for 1 gallon 😂 it's a huge success
