Aside from the fact that there are candidates for the Holy Grail—not that one is bound to believe there is—the premise that because we don't have it, we don't know what happened at the Last Supper is not a serious argument.
The author seems to be baiting a weak religious argument to talk about their theory on drugs. That's not that interesting.
