There’s a deeply rooted problem of #capitalism: studies show that for creative work the quality drops when people are motivated by monetary gain:

So, paradoxically, to maximize productivity for complex, social or creative work, companies have to make sure that their employees do not have to worry about money.
And productivity of a purely capitalist society would be worse than productivity of societies which also offer other organizational principles.
