Caught up with my sister who was down from Cairns and her daughter who moves around a bit but will be voting in the upcoming election for their thoughts on Labor's chances

Sounds like they will both vote Greens, not unusual for my niece but I think the first time for my sister.

It's mostly an it's time thing but the two main issues for my sister were social housing, which is why she is voting Greens, and abortion rights, which is why she won't vote LNP

My niece mentioned the uncertainty over the Olympics venues as an issue

I found it interesting. I hope abortion rights aren't ignored especially given the LNP have people like Amanda Stoker running and will potentially go straight into cabinet if they win
