IMHO, it is *imperative* that the prosecution of the #ConvictedFelon continues after he loses the race.
It is *crucial* to send the message that we don't just let someone "get away with it" just b/c the threat has passed.
It's why we prosecute people even if there is no chance of them ever doing it again: TO SEND A MESSAGE TO OTHERS that there are CONSEQUENCES for your actions.
Oh... and can we PLEASE replace #MerrickGarland too? 😞
