Squat Clean Drill!

A lot of people struggle to hit full hip extension on their cleans, here's an excellent drill to help with that.

Starting in the hang position at the top of the knees, pull to the hips like a deadlift, emphasizing bar contact all the way up the thigh and full hip extension at the top.

Do this three times then hit a hang squat clean.

Helps build muscle memory to fully extend the hips before dropping into the squat.
