This was put on TV every day for a decade. They also set the flicker rate to the same frequency as the brain's Alpha-wave state, which is the hypnotic brain state.

What are ULTRA and NAOMI? MKNAOMI and MKULTRA are the declassified names of the CIA mind-control projects. So, you can ask, did they stop using TV to mind-control people? No. They got better at it.
