So I finally finished that Robusta coffee from my Aeropress, and I have more additional thoughts.

I think the most surprising thing about it is that there's almost now acidity. That's something that pops out when you drink Arabica, but it's not present at all with Robusta.

The other thing is that Robusta, for some reason I can't put my finger on, almost has a creamy quality that you sometimes find with cocoa. It feels thick without being thick -- if that makes any sense.

I also detect a bit of fruitiness which makes sense since coffee "beans" are actually fruits. But whereas Arabica has hints of citrus, I feel like Robusta is more akin to blueberry.

Really, Robusta out of an Aeropress was really eye-opening!
