Afshin Yeganeh, the Crisis Management Director of Kermanshah Province, stated: "Considering the formation of the Energy Consumption Management Committee with 1403 sessions, due to the energy and gas imbalance, and based on the governor's order and regulations, all government agencies, banks, universities, and higher education centers, as well as all educational levels of schools (in the Shad platform) throughout the province, excluding emergency and service-providing organizations, will be 'closed' and operate remotely on Saturday, December 22nd."
