With a small but dedicated team of 3 volunteers, we're reaching out to ensure every Canadian Bitcoin meetup has the chance to be part of this historic occasion. And yes, we're always open to more hands and minds joining the organizing team!

Want to Join the Live Stream? We're inviting representatives from Canadian Bitcoin meetups, whether your meetup is scheduled for April 18 or not. It's all about participation, whether from a lively group setting or the comfort of your pajamas at home.
Technical Setup: Representatives can join via selfie mode on a cellphone, or using a computer with a microphone and webcam.
Important: ensure the live stream's sound is off when on screen to avoid feedback.
Swag Boxes: A special shoutout to meetup hosts - reach out to Dale of QuickBit for a chance to secure a swag box for your halving event. Limited to 12 meetups, so act fast!
Communication on the Night: We're coordinating through Twitter or Telegram for smooth communication with groups and speakers.
