No shame admitting I’ve done things as a younger woman that were unethical. Even if it was my job. But it’s one part of my story.

Truth is, I **used** to see everything in black and white. An older Ranger gifted me with this: “ You’re great. But you see everything in black and white. Maybe as you age you will see the shades of grey. “

That hit me deep then and deeper now. Looking back: I was trying so hard to be accepted in a male dominated environment ( Army ) that I had learned covering up my feminine tendencies earned me more respect. 🫡 It shouldn’t have ever been that way. But life goes on. Hugs 🫂
