The market is already flooded with unemployed software developers and engineers in America. The gov gleeful joining the fray by gutting the civil service will only drive unemployment up. Don't stop talking about this.
We cannot toot or code our way out of the current environment. But that's a lot of hands to lay to new civic infrastructure projects.
We need to start building ethical companies to replace the current Valley-centric VC-based bullshit, to reclaim capital from oligarchs. 1/3
