Every legitimate university outside of Florida (and soon, Texas) should give students and faculty inside those states a fast track to moving out. Transferring or whatever whatever resources or new opportunities they can share.
DeSantis and Abbot's administrations are going to grind up everything of value in those places - and fighting back is important, not everyone can do that *and* survive the fall out. Some people need stable points of exit.
