"Finally after 5 years of fighting and 100 Billions of ( taxpayer ) money spent the government managed to seize 1% of the Scalp Tonic illegally produced with dire consequences for the makers" .. next strip Milo shouting "INCREASE PRICES by 1% !" ... In Italy is ( theoretically ) regulated and well checked as well .. hell knows how much of that 90% of money they legally get is NOT from dubious sources or for what 🙄
