Interesting to see the effect of the massive nationwide power outage in #Cuba on #Internet traffic in the country. This npub1f0tqfzywgf7r6g7q630995gnxfssjks7n0xl66lxlphlcrcf4naszvzk4f (npub1f0t…zk4f) graph shows traffic is down significantly (dotted line is previous time period), but not completely gone. Some amount of infrastructure must still be powered, and I would guess people are finding ways to power mobile phones.
