Best not judge at all, rather look for the unmet need under the words or actions of others.
Everyone is always doing the best they can, given their inner and outer resources. If they could be doing better they would be.
Same for ourselves.
That said, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t strive to find healthier ways to meet our needs.
And if the words or actions of others are a danger to us, using protective use of force is important.
*Both* your needs and my needs matter.
Don't be too quick with your judgement. You never know what people are going through.
