Just happened upon this old blog post http://www.mcqn.net/mcfilter/archives/torino/here_today_gone_tomorrow.html which starts with "Well, the mammoth bike tour is over"
That was ~200 miles of cycle touring spread over almost two weeks round Italy, which was awesome.
However, tomorrow a bunch of us will be heading up to Carlisle and then riding 100 miles to Edinburgh in *a single night*
Admittedly I won't have ~30kg of tent on the back of the bike, but I think it's some sort of fitness progress 😀
