Not everyone has the skill set - I disagree. I believe everyone has the value to offer, it is rather a problem how to find that person who is paying in Bitcoin. Because there are few websites for that, but they are either not regularly updated or hard to find. Every week I find similar question as yours.
On the other hand, with all the resources we share at Bitvocation, we are pushing the narrative that you don't have to be a developer to work in Bitcoin.
