Sounds like an issue with the device and not the pool in general. You can point as many Bitaxe to the same pool and the same address there are no limiting factors.
Flatlined hashrate usually indicates that the reported hashrate of the chip is no longer consistent and it does have some issue. I highly recommend to reach out to the reseller.
