After losing her baby in a miscarriage, a South Carolina woman was charged with murder/homicide by child abuse, spent 22 days in jail without bond, facing 20 years to life in prison, & after 13 months of house arrest with an ankle monitor, Marsh was cleared by a grand jury. Her case will not proceed to trial.
