"content": "As a photographer, one of my favorite things to do is be able to revisit a spot and get to know it better with each visit. When I’m traveling, I don’t always get that opportunity. But when Tanya and I stayed in Phnom Penh, we were close enough to the Independence Monument to be able to get there pretty regularly. As long as it wasn’t blocked off by visiting delegates, it wasn’t pouring buckets or traffic wasn’t a crawl.
