Yeah i heard that yesterday from Dima and i was wondering what this is all about. If you combine that with the statement of Hungary about the redefinition of its relations with NATO and read it carefully, the conclusion could be that NATO is considering or pretending to consider a nuclear war. For sure they provoking Russia to see what they tolerate but at the same time, especially this kind of provocation might cause a reaction from Russia that NATO could not handle well or reasonably.
