Today needs to end, so I’ve already taken my sleep meds. I’ll be ok if I can push through to 3am with sleeping but that’s likely wishful thinking.
Bad, bad day.
Tomorrow should be better. My new running shoes arrive. I think that’s the happiest part of my day, when I’m outside exercising. (I hate the gym and don’t think I’ll ever join one especially now that all female gyms are essentially gone.)
