I think it's a GTK4 and/or Libadwaita issue tho, with the exception of Fractal 5 which isn't smooth but the smoothest Matrix experience I have ever seen on that device, beside that every single app that requires scrolling is hard to use on the Pinephone tho. GTK3/Libhandy did better in that regard!
