Thoughts on access revocation _during_ termination but at or just before notification of the employee?
I've seen it normally tied together at the hip. Letter on the desk == an OOB message to IT to immediately revoke access, cuz IT knew ahead of time it was happening and had already started the account takedown/revocation process.
