With the state of the Overton Window these days, I don't think your average Fox News viewer knows the difference between \"1950s conservatives but somewhat less racist\" and \"actual literal communist\" because right-wing media generally portrays them all alike as \"radical left socialism\" or the like. They certainly treat \"liberal\" and \"leftist\" as synonyms.",
