decided to go with a pure rust implementation of #lnsocket using a few bits of code from #ldk. Not using the full lightning-devkit because it's a lot for the simple things I am trying to do, and it looks like LDK is not fully async.
This will be a very small async rust library for talking to lightning nodes (mainly for sending custom lightning messages)
