Search for subjects that interest you using the # symbol. #grownostr is used by some to mark non-bitcoin, non-programming posts, although I don't think it is used as much as it was a year ago. Once you are following people that interest you, respond to people's posts with comments or zaps. Many people will follow back. You get much less interaction if you only like posts.
It can also be handy to put something about you in your profile, so people know that you what you are interested in and what you are likely to post about.
I notice that you aren't following anyone. You want to follow people. That is how your curate your feed.
