Revert the system to what it was before all the socialistic regulations.
Bring back the system that allowed people to easily build their own home. That era produced better homes anyways.
Remove regulations around building a house and let people build their house over 10+ years as they make the money. Let people live in a house that is not complete while they finish it off.
